Shipping conditions (national+international)

 

The following conditions apply:

Shipping Terms

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Standard deliveries within Germany are free of charge for goods with a value of €19.98 or more. This includes shipping costs of €2.49. 

Deliveries to other EU countries:

Shipping to other EU countries costs a flat rate of €4.99. Please note that print-on-demand items (e.g. T-shirts) are sent separately, so an additional cost of €4.99 may apply.

Delivery of download products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium).

You can download download products via a link provided by email.
This email with access data to carry out the download will be sent within 12 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if an advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-3 days, for international deliveries within 3-8 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
